Disabled Woman Assaulted by Ambulance Driver

A physically disabled woman has filed a personal injury lawsuit after an ambulance service driver sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions. The suit is one of the largest of its kind, seeking $12 Million. The woman, who is paralyzed below the waist, is seeking $8 Million in compensatory damages and $4 Million in punitive damages for physical and psychological injuries. Much of the damages sought are for future care resulting from the incident. The woman has been receiving psychological treatment as a result of the assaults and continues to suffer from severe fears, night terrors, depression, anxiety and psychological phobia of unrelated males, all due to the incident.
