Chicago, Illinois Apartment Housing Fire Leaves Three Children, Infants Dead

Attorneys and lawyers Levin & Perconti know the tragedy that accompanies fires and blazes that leave children or kids dead. Attorneys and lawyers Levin & Perconti have in the past been able to seek justice for families who have been devastated by fires. Most recently the firm has reached a six million dollar settlement for the families of 6 children who died in a tragic apartment fire on Chicago’s north side. Two other children sustained severe burns in the fire. The landlords of the building failed to have proper and working smoke detectors in violation of the Chicago Municipal Code and the children were not able to escape the building in time, Unfortunately another such tragedy has struck in Chicago, Illinois where a housing complex fire has left three children dead. The blaze occurred in southwest suburban Summit leaving three kids dead from the fire. The Robinson family destroyed now by the fire which may have been started by a burning candle or faulty electrical wiring. No word yet has been announced on if a personal injury lawsuit has been filed or if lawyers or attorneys have been conducted regarding a lawsuit from the fire.
