Personal injury lawsuit seeks $100K for pencil injury

A woman has filed a personal injury lawsuit against a college for a pencil injury suffered when she was in school. The personal injury lawsuit is claiming $25K for pain and suffering, $70K for lost earning capacity, and $500 for out of pocket expenses.
