Woman files medical malpractice personal injury lawsuit for injuries sustained during a hysterectomy
A woman underwent a radical hysterectomy because she was in an early stage of cervical cancer. The surgery went wrong in a case of medical malpractice and the woman suffered injuries to her ureters and a puncture to her colon. Because of the personal injuries sustained, the woman required a colostomy bag for eight months and underwent numerous surgical procedures.
