Police officer and police chief sued by bar owner for personal injuries
A bar owner recently sued a police officer and police chief for allegedly assaulting him and violating his civil rights. The bar owner suffered a fractured rib, a collapsed lung, personal and reputation injuries, as well as emotional distress and monetary costs as a result of the assault.
