The Society's members seek to combine aspects of their lives unique to being both attorneys and Jews. Decalogue serves as a crucial and unique forum to combine those attributes in the activities, goals, and strength of a bar association.

The NSCLC advocates nationwide to promote the independence and well-being of low-income elderly and disabled Americans by focusing on two fundamental issues affecting this group: maintaining a basic level of income and having access to health care.
